At Anvi Collections, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, or refunds on any purchase. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selection before finalizing your purchase.
Damages and Issues We want every item to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception. A 360° package opening video is mandatory for any claims of damage in transit or defect without which we will not entertain any claims. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at anvicollections@gmail.com with video & photos, so we can address the issue. If the damage in transit is confirmed, we will proceed to replace the damaged product within 7-10 days.
Non-Returnable Items Given our no-return policy, we do not accept returns on any items, including sale items and/or custom designs.
